{"id":609,"date":"2021-05-25T22:09:42","date_gmt":"2021-05-25T21:09:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vicky-forrester.com\/jewellery_news\/?p=609"},"modified":"2021-06-16T00:35:47","modified_gmt":"2021-06-15T23:35:47","slug":"test","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vicky-forrester.com\/jewellery_news\/?p=609","title":{"rendered":"CAD Experiments for design futures"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"content_div-609\">\n\n<p>I was trying to make space on my computer recently, and sorting through my files I came back to these projects I\u2019d been developing when I was exploring Computer Aided Design (CAD), back in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vicky-forrester.com\/jewellery_news\/?p=405\">2012<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vicky-forrester.com\/jewellery_news\/?p=409\">2013&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019d developed the Flower-Ring and Siren pieces using MATRIX, a software specifically for jewellery design and manufacture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In using this technology, there were 2D challenges to my usual, hands-on creative process.
